This was made by MS Paint (Mostly)
I think the colors merge too well for me to define it as Pixel work, but I guess it could be. I don't have Photoshop yet, I work with what I have.

Nope, it's colored pencil on paper, scanned into my PC. Then, I altered the eyes with a simple effect available through myspace. All my work is hand drawn and then manipulated using simple photo editors and MS paint, the kind of stuff everyone gets for free.
