Nope, it's colored pencil on paper, scanned into my PC. Then, I altered the eyes with a simple effect available through myspace. All my work is hand drawn and then manipulated using simple photo editors and MS paint, the kind of stuff everyone gets for free.

Oh wow, I hadn't noticed there was a response here. Well, in total it took a good amount of hours. Probably 10 or so, but it was spread out over like, half a year. <_<
