Did you do this with sketch and photoshop?

Nope, it's colored pencil on paper, scanned into my PC. Then, I altered the eyes with a simple effect available through myspace. All my work is hand drawn and then manipulated using simple photo editors and MS paint, the kind of stuff everyone gets for free.
